Server Maintenance

Routine monthly server updates will be applied to the Active
Directory file and print servers Thursday morning, January 14,
between 6:30 am and 7:45 am. These updates may require a server
reboot of the file and print servers. The reboots typically last 3-
5 minutes.

How to Import your Class Schedule into Outlook 2007

How to import your class schedule into Outlook 2007:
1- Go to https://webadvisor.wlu.edu in your web browser.
2- Click on Log In and then enter your username and password;
click submit.
3- Select the appropriate category: Students or Faculty
4- Select OUTLOOK CLASS SCHEDULE IMPORT
5- You should receive a file in .ics format in your Outlook
Inbox.
6- Open the message in a separate window by double-clicking on
it.
7- Right-click on the attachment and choose OPEN.
8- Outlook will prompt you to add the calendar to Outlook.
9- Click YES
10- The calendar will now be available in Outlook, and it will
be named as your username. Right-click on the calendar name and
rename it to the course and section number.
If you would like a page with detailed instructions and screenshots,
please e-mail the Information Desk and they can send it to you.

TRAVELLER DISPATCH/Express NON-OPERATION DAYS- PLEASE READ

Students - Please note that there will be abbreviated dates for Traveller service
throughout the next few months. With Law school breaks, Under graduate breaks, exams,
Christmas holidays, New Years and Formal Greek Recruitment week, there will be many
dates with reduced or eliminated Traveller Service. Please note the dates below that
dispatch and Express will not be operating as usual. If you have any questions, please feel
free to contact me.

Washington and Lee University will not operate the Traveller Express Buses on the
following dates due to Law Breaks, UG Breaks, exams, Christmas Holidays and New Years

Traveller Buses due to formal Greek Recruitment Week, resuming the normal 4 bus
schedule on Friday January 16th 2010.
