Monthly Payroll Reminder!! Web Time Entry Deadline for Non-Facult

Web Time Entry Deadline
All Non-Faculty Exempt Employees should enter their Leave hours (CTO,
SLR, Jury Duty, etc) by Midnight on December 21st.
Remember:
Exempt Employees (paid Monthly): Please do NOT "check" the box
located at the bottom of the web time entry form applying your
electronic signature.
Use the "Record CTO/SLR After Deadline - Exempt Emp. (Type AD\ then
your username, ex. AD\cfox)" link located under the Employee Profile
section of webadvisor to submit changes once the deadline has passed.

Students - Please note that there will be abbreviated dates for Traveller service
throughout the next few months. With Law school breaks, Under graduate breaks, exams,
Christmas holidays, New Years and Formal Greek Recruitment week, there will be many
dates with reduced or eliminated Traveller Service. Please note the dates below that
dispatch and Express will not be operating as usual. If you have any questions, please feel
free to contact me.

Davis 100 Projects for Peace - $10,000 grants

The Katherine Wasserman Davis Projects for Peace is now considering
proposals for summer 2010. One hundred $10,000 grants are available
to students from select universities who wish to take on a 'Project
for Peace'. Four W&L students have received this grant over the last
3 years.Their projects included setting up a language lab in
Argentina, setting up a community kitchen in Sri Lanka, establishing
a library in Rwanda, and working with a women's microenterprise group
in Peru. Proposals are due January 15, 2010 to the Center for
International Education. For more information contact Latha Dawson at
